I am so grateful this place exists! My good friend is away studying for his graduate degree during Thanksgiving this year so we asked Basket Butler for help to put together a Thanksgiving care package for him. They let us mail them some paper crafts to include and they incorporated them beautifully, and their Thanksgiving themed inclusions were great!

I recently ordered a fruit basket for a friend, and Mark made the process so easy! I don't live in Tucson, but I was able to complete everything over the phone. I told Mark what I was looking for and my price range. Mark was able to take care of the rest and sent me a Venmo request for the cost, which was so convenient and secure! Need last minute gifts? Looking for the perfect gift basket? Basket Butler is the savior you’re looking for. A little tucked away in north midtown, but worth the drive. Huge variety of gifts, baskets, and gift baskets at reasonable prices. Family owned and it shows. They CARE about you personally and love to hear how things turned out. Simply the best custom gift store in Tucson and it isn’t close. My anniversary wouldn’t have been the same without them!!!

BEST CUSTOM GIFT BOX EVER! The back story is that I love the Chewy commercial with dogs Giorgio and Ralph chatting and singing about the arrival of “the peanut-butter box,” so it was an epic surprise to discover my very own peanut-butter box on the porch recently. Basket Butler owner Mark Ballis did an outstanding job of curating the contents to the gift-giver’s exact guidelines and designing the box to fit my ongoing preoccupation with this commercial, right down to the colors and font on the professionally printed label. It was delivered to my doorstep precisely when the sender requested, with the delicious goodies packaged beautifully. Absolutely made my day to receive it and to see the great attention to detail that was put into crafting the order — PERFECT gift and amazing service from Basket Butler!

This company is more than 5 stars when it comes to customer service . This was the basket they did for my Uncle last year for Christmas and I text Tammy this morning ( who remembered me ) about doing another one since my Uncle can’t be with us this year again !! She called me back , we discussed what I wanted in the basket and they will even deliver to my Uncle, who loved his basket last year !! Use this company and you won’t be disappointed!!! Top notch!!!
